Artscape is a Swedish street art festival that transforms city walls into large-scale murals created by both local and international artists, bringing vibrant public art to urban spaces.

I was invited to paint a large mural in Kävlinge, just outside my hometown of Lund. I chose to create a colorful portrait with strong contrasts and visual elements that bridge ancient and modern times. The mural took just under a week to complete, and it was a great experience getting to chat with the locals throughout the process. I worked from a boom lift and used a combination of spray paint and bucket paint. I also used a paint gun, which was especially helpful for covering large areas quickly.
